Jack Toy began playing playing drums as a pass time at the age of 14 after being injured playing football. After gaining a decent playing ability, Jack began joining bands to help enhance his playing.
When he was 18, Jack entered the first Drummer Of Tomorrow Competition, run by Mapex Drums.
After battling his way through to the UK final, Jack finished in second place leaving him with great opportunities to push his drumming to the next level.
Now playing in Unforgiven, a metal band from plymouth, Jack is looking forward to the future with ambition.
Unforgiven are a young thrash metal band based in Plymouth, U.K. area. With influences from bands like Metallica, Slayer, Lamb of God and Arch Enemy contributing to their complex Thrash/Progressive sound, they are coming to a town near you armed and ready to kick your ass with an old school metal attack. Formed in December 2006, Unforgiven have already been through a series of line up changes in order to perfect their brutally powerful Thrash/Progressive/Death Metal sound.
