Drummer Of Tomorrow searches for true drumming talent and assists that talent toward a successful, long-term career as a professional working musician. 

We have already enjoyed working with and seeing the careers of the previous UK competition winners flourish as they become professionals within their field. Both John and Josh have become Mapex artists and good friends, busy working within the industry, check out some of the gallery video's and images to get a feel for the previous comp, it was a complete blast, from the UK final at Birmingham NEC to the Frankfurt Music Messe International final, it was an exhilarating experience for all involved!

This year it's so simple to take part:

• Record your solo performance/ Submit an existing solo performance
• Submit the link via the online entry from HERE
• A panel of judges will select 5 UK finalists to compete in a London venue
• The winner of the UK live final will be flown courtesy of Mapex drums to the International final
• Finalists from all over the globe will compete at the worlds biggest music fair, Frankfurt Music Messe 2012

Each of the five selected UK finalists will receive a brick (12 pairs) of their choice of Vic Firth sticks plus a Mapex Falcon double pedal. The winner of the UK final will receive a brick of sticks, the Falcon double pedal and their choice of any of the 14 new Black Panther snares, but more importantly, the chance to compete at the International final and win a full Mapex Endorsement!
